Remember the gargoyle swag-holders in the living room? We had two windows in our Maryland living room and two sets of gargoyles. The second set is high on the walls of Mary's office; the one you don't see is on the (west) wall facing this (east) one. Note of minor interest: Mary sewed all six window valances herself, out of what started out as two sets of ordinary curtains.
