1000 Granville Court was built in 1920, and completely rehabbed in 1998. After you see the slideshow, you may agree with us that it's 1920 on the outside and 2020 on the inside!

This photo was taken in May 2002. Since that time, we have removed the four rather scraggly pine trees (only one depicted) and replaced them with a night-blooming jasmine bush.
